Terms - aka, the small print!
Your satisfaction is our goal. Only In-Stock products may be exchanged if the exchange request is made and authorized by customer service within 7 days from receipt of order. Exchangeable items must be shipped back to plant in original packaging/box and must be unwashed, unworn, and free of dust, dirt, hair, and odor. SocksRock.com (SR, Socks Rock, SocksRock) reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the above conditions are not met. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Exchange authorizations expire in 30 days from the shipping date of the original order. Custom products (items not labeled as In-Stock) may not be exchanged or returned.
Any claims for defects or damages of socks must be made in writing within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. Replacement of the product will be made upon receipt of returned merchandise and only when SocksRock customer service determines that the defect was not caused by misuse or mishandling of the product. If a replacement is not possible, a credit will promptly be made to the customer's account. If customer plans to return the defective merchandise, it should not be used in any way. Due to their nature, custom socks may not be returned or exchanged unless a sales representative determines a production error. Non-defective In-Stock socks can be returned within 7 days from receiving the order. A 20% restocking fee applies and customer will not be reimbursed for return shipping charges. To return an order, please call Customer Service first, for Return Authorization information. Custom products (items not labeled as In-Stock) may not be exchanged or returned. We do not process replacements for socks with holes caused by forcefully pulling out the barb.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS, INCLUDING LOGO SOCKS AND STIRRUPS, ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
In-Stock item cancellations may be cancelled within 1 hour from placing the order without incurring any cancellation charges. If a custom order is cancelled before it is in production, we charge 20% of the order amount or $25. If any production or processing has taken place, then a refund is not possible. Additional proofing fees may apply. Once a job enters production, no cancellations, changes or refunds are possible.
All orders will ship via UPS. Once your order has been received by UPS, SocksRock is no longer responsible for risk of loss. Delivery times are estimates only; while we make every effort to ship products in the time estimated, and stated within the product description, SocksRock cannot be responsible for delays.
Shipping is priced per order: if you are going to be ordering more than one style/color/size item, please do it all in one shopping cart, to avoid being charged more than once for shipping.

All of our turnaround times are estimates only - not guarantees. Estimated shipping/delivery dates are based on production/business days, Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. Please keep in mind that there are several possibilities that can go wrong in the production process, which, unfortunately, are out of our control. The turnaround times we state are based on statistics of jobs we have done in the past. Under no circumstances will a refund be honored for a delay in our estimated turnaround time. If you must have your order delivered on or before a specific date, please let customer service know at the time of placing an order so it may be expedited if possible. Delivery time for custom or Build Your Own socks is the productions time (the amount of days/weeks it takes to knit your socks and stirrups) plus the shipping time.
Colors shown can appear quite different on computer/tablet/smart phone screens, all which affect brightness, saturation and hue. Please keep in mind that the colors shown online, or in print, are can vary greatly, and may not be exact matches of the physical product color. Customer service will happily answer any questions you have, prior to your placing an order. Also, check out the team and color chart in the "About Our Products" page, accessible at the bottom of our home page...there you might find just the information you need on the color(s) you are ordering.
Sock size is determined by shoe size: each product page has a "Sock Size Chart" box found below the "Care Instructions", within every product description.
Due to the nature of manufacturing custom socks, you may occasionally get 1 or 2 more pair of socks than you ordered; however, you will never be charged for more than the amount you purchased.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
SocksRock shall not be liable in contract or in tort (including negligence) to the customer for incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or resulting from our performance or nonperformance of our obligations under this contract, including but not limited to claims for lost profits or other economic damages.
a) In the event that any section or portion of a section of these Terms of Service are deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that section or portion of a section shall be stricken from the Terms of Service, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
b) SocksRock shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Machinery Breakdown, Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo. SocksRock shall not be responsible for any delays caused by UPS or any other carrier used for shipping.
c) These Terms of Service may be modified from time to time by SocksRock without notice, and are current as of the date of the then current catalog or web site.
d) The customer's order shall be deemed an acceptance of those terms and guidelines outlined through the website and any proposal for additional or different terms or any attempt by customer to vary in any degree any of the terms of this quotation, is hereby objected to and rejected, but such proposal shall not operate as a rejection of the customer's order, unless such variances are in the terms of the description, quantity, price, or delivery schedule of the goods or material, but shall be deemed a material alteration thereof, and any order the customer places with SR shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms of Service by the customer without said additional or different terms.
