Socks Rock Store Policies

Returns:

Custom orders are not returnable. Non-Custom, stock merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Socks must be returned to the originating plant within fifteen (15) days, in their unopened packaging, with an approved RA# posted on box. Please contact us for an RA number (Return Authorization). You are responsible for the return postage, and credit will be issued once we receive the package at our plant.

Payment:

Payment is made via PayPal; and, all major credit cards are accepted.

Shipping:

At this time we are only shipping to North America. Please contact us first, for shipping rates out of this area.

Stock product will usually ship within 24 business hours. Custom orders take 2-4 weeks once payment is received. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days shipping depending on your location departure (either New Jersey or North Carolina).

Rates:
$10 for ground shipments within the US
$40 on all 2nd Day shipments for orders under 60 pair.

Custom Quantities:

Due to the nature of manufacturing custom socks, you may occasionally get 1 or 2 more pair of socks than you ordered; however, you will never be charged for more than the amount you purchased.
There is the rare situation where you might receive 1 or 2 pair less than you ordered. You might want to adjust your orders up by a pair or two if you are trying to outfit a team and cannot except any shortages.

Credit Card Security and Safety:

Orders are processed using secure ordering technology with special encryption to minimize credit card theft. Most banks also offer automatic protection for credit card customers in the unlikely event you should ever have a problem.

Sales Tax:

For all shipments to California, regardless of city-specific tax rate, customers will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

Cancellations:

Stock orders may be canceled if they have not been shipped. Custom orders are not cancelable once order has begun knitting. Once an order ships, customer must obtain an RA number and is subject to restocking fees, as described in the Returns section.

Guarantee/Warranty:

All socks are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects and can be returned for full credit up to 15 days from purchase.
